Understanding Process Analytics
Real-time metrics for submission volume, completion time, stage duration, SLA breach rate, and approval rates.
The Analytics Dashboard
Every process has its own analytics dashboard, accessible from the process’s Analytics tab. It gives you real-time visibility into how the process is performing so you can identify bottlenecks and optimise your workflows.
Key Metrics
- Submission Volume — total submissions over a selected date range, with a trend line.
- Average Completion Time — median time from submission to final decision.
- Stage Duration — average time records spend at each stage, shown as a bar chart.
- SLA Breach Rate — percentage of stages where the SLA timer expired before an action was taken.
- Approval Rate — percentage of submissions that were ultimately approved vs. rejected.
- Rejection Reasons — frequency of each rejection reason.
Setting Up Alerts
Configure metric alerts to receive a notification when a threshold is crossed — for example, when the SLA breach rate for a process exceeds 20%.
