Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to all features on your selected plan during the trial period.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep everything you have paid for.
No. PlugIQ pricing is based on active users and workflow volume — not on the number of people involved in any individual approval chain. You will never pay a penalty for having more approvers in a process.
An active process is any published process that has received at least one submission during your current billing period. Processes that are published but have had no submissions in the billing period do not count toward your limit.
Yes. Annual billing is available on all plans and comes with a discount compared to monthly pricing. Contact our team for details on annual pricing for your specific plan.
We accept card payments, bank transfer, and invoicing for enterprise customers. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) for Nigerian customers. International pricing is available — contact us for details.
