Process Builder 2.0
A fully rebuilt visual designer with improved canvas navigation, redesigned step configuration, and a cleaner conditional logic interface.
Process Run Experience
A redesigned end-user interface — clearer step tracking, inline task context, and faster form completion.
External Processes
Open any workflow to external participants via a public URL. No PlugIQ account required on their end.
Rich Text Document Templates
Build structured, auto-populated document templates directly inside PlugIQ.
Process Settings
Per-process configuration for file export, data export, and notification behavior.
Carried forward from v1
Migration Note
Existing customers remain on v1 by default. Org admins can activate 2.0 independently through the Organization Settings panel. Migrating does not affect existing process data, submissions, or audit records.
