Migration Note
Existing customers remain on v1 by default. Org admins can activate 2.0 independently through the Organization Settings panel. Migrating does not affect existing process data, submissions, or audit records.

“Workflow Not Found” Error on Decline
Fixed A specific error that appeared when declining requests mid-process run has been resolved. Decline actions now complete without triggering a workflow lookup failure.
Consecutive Step Assignment Fixed
When two or more consecutive steps are assigned to the same logged-in user, the process now advances correctly. Previously, this caused unexpected behavior that interrupted run progression.
Datasheet Record Updates Fixed
Datasheet records that previously failed to save or update are now writing correctly. This fix addresses cases where edits appeared to go through but were not being persisted.
CSV Upload Into Datasheets Fixed
Uploading CSVs into datasheets now works as expected. Issues that were blocking or silently failing on upload have been resolved.
