We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end experience layer of the PlugIQ platform and drive our agentic framework roadmap. This is a high-ownership role with direct influence on how enterprise teams across Africa experience AI-powered workflow automation.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the product roadmap for the PlugIQ user experience — submission flows, approval interfaces, dashboards, and mobile.
- Lead the strategy and execution of our agentic framework — the capability layer that allows PlugIQ processes to act on behalf of users.
- Work directly with engineering, design, and customer success to ship features that solve real enterprise problems.
- Conduct customer discovery with enterprise clients across Nigeria and other African markets.
- Write clear, detailed product specs that enable engineering to move fast without ambiguity.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years working on enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
- Strong command of workflow automation, approval processes, or enterprise operations tooling.
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered products or a demonstrated ability to develop this knowledge quickly.
- A bias for clear, direct communication and written documentation.
- Based in Lagos or able to work comfortably across West Africa time zones.
