We are hiring two Full-Stack Engineers — one for our Orchestration squad (workflow engine, routing logic, event processing) and one for our Experience squad (UI, submission flows, approval interfaces). Both roles are senior-level with high ownership and direct impact on the product.
Orchestration Squad — What You’ll Work On
- The PlugIQ workflow engine — event sourcing, state management, parallel approval processing.
- SLA timer infrastructure and escalation logic.
- API design and internal service communication.
- Performance at scale — 10,000+ concurrent workflow events.
Experience Squad — What You’ll Work On
- The PlugIQ builder — drag-and-drop process creation, form editor, routing UI.
- The submitter and approver experience — dashboards, record views, mobile.
- Real-time features — live status updates, notification feeds.
What We’re Looking For (Both Roles)
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong TypeScript/Node.js or Go backend and React frontend.
- Experience building and scaling production SaaS products.
- Strong opinions on software quality, testing, and documentation.
- Able to own a feature end-to-end — from architecture decision through deployment.
