Connecting Google / Microsoft

Enable SSO, calendar integration, and document generation by connecting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Why Connect?

Connecting PlugIQ to your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account enables:

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) — members sign in with existing corporate credentials.
  • Calendar integration — due dates and SLA deadlines appear in Google Calendar or Outlook.
  • Document generation — approved records can auto-populate Google Docs or Word templates.
  • Email routing — approval notifications delivered from your domain.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace.
  2. Click Connect and sign in with a Google Admin account.
  3. Grant the requested OAuth scopes.
