What the Audit Trail Captures

Every record in PlugIQ has a complete, immutable audit trail. It logs every action from creation to closure, including:

• Submission and all subsequent stage transitions.
• Approvals, rejections, and requests for more information.
• Comments and comment edits.
• Reassignments and delegations.
• Document generation events.

Viewing the Audit Trail

Open any record and click the History tab. Each entry shows the actor’s name, the action taken, a timestamp in your local timezone, and any relevant details.

Exporting the Audit Trail

Click Export at the top of the History tab to download the audit trail as a CSV or PDF.

Compliance Mode

Workspaces on the Enterprise plan can enable Compliance Mode, which adds a cryptographic hash to each audit entry. This allows external auditors to verify that the audit trail has not been tampered with.
