Your Home in PlugIQ

The Personal Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It gives you a consolidated view of everything that needs your attention — pending approvals, submissions you have made, and upcoming SLA deadlines.

Dashboard Sections

• Action Required — records waiting for your approval or additional input. Sorted by SLA urgency.
• My Submissions — requests you have submitted, with their current status (In Progress, Approved, Rejected, Withdrawn).
• Recently Viewed — quick access to the last 10 records you opened.
• Announcements — workspace-level messages posted by an Admin.

Mobile App

The PlugIQ mobile app (iOS and Android) mirrors the dashboard experience. Push notifications are sent for action-required items, so you can approve requests on the go.
