Submitting Requests
How to find a process, fill out the form, save drafts, and track a submission after sending.
Finding the Right Process
From the dashboard, click New Request. You will see a catalogue of processes you have permission to submit to. Use the search bar or browse by category to find the process you need.
Filling Out the Form
Complete all required fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. Take note of any help text beneath fields — process owners often include important instructions there.
Saving a Draft
If you need to gather information before submitting, click Save Draft. Drafts are stored in My Submissions → Drafts and can be resumed at any time.
After You Submit
After submission, you receive a confirmation email with a reference number. You can track progress in My Submissions. PlugIQ sends you an email notification whenever the status changes.
Withdrawing a Submission
You can withdraw a submission at any time before it reaches a final approved or rejected state. Open the record, click the More menu, and select Withdraw. Add a reason — this is recorded in the audit trail.
