Querying Process Data
Example queries, how Luna responds, saving queries as live dashboard widgets, and current limitations.
Starting a Conversation with Luna
Open the Luna AI panel by clicking the Luna button in the left navigation bar. Type your question in the input field. Luna understands plain English — no special query syntax is required.
Example Queries
- “How many vendor onboarding requests were submitted last month?”
- “Which approver has the highest average response time this quarter?”
- “Show me all rejected IT access requests from the finance department in Q1.”
- “What is the most common rejection reason across all processes?”
- “List all records where the SLA was breached and the amount was over $10,000.”
Saving Queries
Click Save Query on any Luna response to pin it to your Luna dashboard. Saved queries update in real-time as new data comes in, functioning like live widgets.
Limitations
Luna AI is designed for analytical questions, not for modifying records. It cannot approve, reject, or edit submissions on your behalf.
